Presidents, CEOs, C-Suite executives, and senior leaders
Individuals managing organizations with €50M+ annual revenue
Executives earning €200,000+ annually
While we do not verify these qualifications at signup, we reserve the right to terminate memberships that are not aligned with our intended audience.
3. Services Provided
3.1 Free Guide
We offer a free downloadable guide: "From Achievement to Impact: The Evolution of Visionary Leadership." By downloading this guide, you agree to receive follow-up communications via email.
3.2 Mastermind Membership
The Omnibenevolence Council Mastermind includes:
Weekly Peer Council Accountability (email check-ins and group social exchange)
Monthly Live Mastermind Sessions with Hot Seats (up to 12 participants)
Strategic Frameworks and Thinking Tools
Original Inspirational Texts

3.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
4.1 Membership Options
We offer three subscription plans:
Weekly: €750 per week
Monthly: €3,000 per month
Quarterly: €9,000 per quarter
4.2 Processing Fee
All subscriptions are subject to a one-time processing fee of €37.50, charged at the time of initial subscription.
4.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on your plan)
Payments are processed securely through PayPal
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all subscription fees
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will:
Be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance
Not affect your current billing period
Take effect at your next renewal date
Provide you the option to cancel before the price increase takes effect
4.5 Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your subscription.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation methods:

5.2 Cancellation Terms
Weekly Plan: Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next week
Monthly Plan: Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month
Quarterly Plan: Cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next quarter
5.3 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
You will retain access to the Mastermind until the end of your current paid period
No refunds will be issued for partial periods
Your access to member-only content and sessions will terminate at the end of your paid period
5.4 No Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
Unused portions of your subscription period
The one-time processing fee
Fees paid for previous billing periods
Exception: We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., technical issues preventing access to services, failure to deliver promised services).
5.5 Membership Pause
You may pause your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year for personal or professional reasons. To request a pause, contact us at [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date.
6. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities
6.1 Professional Conduct
As a Mastermind member, you agree to:
Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect and professionalism
Maintain confidentiality of information shared during sessions
Participate actively and constructively
Arrive prepared for sessions
Provide honest, thoughtful feedback to peers
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Share confidential information disclosed during Mastermind sessions with non-members
Use the Mastermind primarily for sales, recruiting, or business solicitation
Record sessions without explicit permission from all participants
Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other members
Share your account credentials with others
Engage in any illegal activity
6.3 Consequences of Violations
Violation of these conduct standards may result in:
Warning from Mastermind facilitators
Temporary suspension from sessions
Immediate termination of membership without refund
7. Confidentiality
7.1 What's Shared in the Mastermind Stays in the Mastermind
All discussions, personal information, business details, and insights shared during Mastermind sessions are strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose any confidential information shared by other participants without their explicit written consent.
7.2 Our Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your participation and any personal information shared during sessions, except:

With your explicit consent
When sharing anonymized examples for educational purposes (with all identifying details removed)
8. Intellectual Property Rights

If you provide feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or other content to us, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and publish that content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability

Your results depend on numerous factors including your commitment, implementation, circumstances, and market conditions.
9.3 Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Omnibenevolence Council™ and Maurits van Sambeek shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
Damages arising from peer advice or suggestions during sessions
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.4 Basis of the Bargain
You acknowledge that these limitations of liability are a fundamental basis of our agreement, and that we would not provide services at the current price without these limitations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Omnibenevolence Council™, Maurits van Sambeek, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your misuse of our services

12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your membership at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined in Section 5.
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Breach of these Terms
Violation of participant conduct standards
Non-payment of fees
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Behavior that harms the Mastermind community
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to access the Mastermind services will immediately cease
You will remain responsible for any outstanding fees
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification)
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to working with you in good faith to resolve any concerns.
13.3 Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI), rather than in court.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
4.1 Membership Options
We offer three subscription plans:
Weekly: €750 per week
Monthly: €3000 per month
Quarterly: €9000 per quarter
4.2 Processing Fee
All subscriptions are subject to a one-time processing fee of €37.50, charged at the time of initial subscription.
4.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on your plan)
Payments are processed securely through PayPal
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all subscription fees
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will:
Be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance
Not affect your current billing period
Take effect at your next renewal date
Provide you the option to cancel before the price increase takes effect
4.5 Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your subscription.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation methods:

5.2 Cancellation Terms
Weekly Plan: Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next week
Monthly Plan: Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month
Quarterly Plan: Cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next quarter
5.3 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
You will retain access to the Mastermind until the end of your current paid period
No refunds will be issued for partial periods
Your access to member-only content and sessions will terminate at the end of your paid period
5.4 No Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
Unused portions of your subscription period
The one-time processing fee
Fees paid for previous billing periods
Exception: We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., technical issues preventing access to services, failure to deliver promised services).
5.5 Membership Pause
You may pause your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year for personal or professional reasons. To request a pause, contact us at [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date.
6. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities
6.1 Professional Conduct
As a Mastermind member, you agree to:
Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect and professionalism
Maintain confidentiality of information shared during sessions
Participate actively and constructively
Arrive prepared for sessions
Provide honest, thoughtful feedback to peers
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Share confidential information disclosed during Mastermind sessions with non-members
Use the Mastermind primarily for sales, recruiting, or business solicitation
Record sessions without explicit permission from all participants
Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other members
Share your account credentials with others
Engage in any illegal activity
6.3 Consequences of Violations
Violation of these conduct standards may result in:
Warning from Mastermind facilitators
Temporary suspension from sessions
Immediate termination of membership without refund
7. Confidentiality
7.1 What's Shared in the Mastermind Stays in the Mastermind
All discussions, personal information, business details, and insights shared during Mastermind sessions are strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose any confidential information shared by other participants without their explicit written consent.
7.2 Our Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your participation and any personal information shared during sessions, except:
Where required by law
With your explicit consent
When sharing anonymized examples for educational purposes (with all identifying details removed)
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Our Content
All content provided through The Omnibenevolence Council Mastermind, including but not limited to:
The free guide "From Achievement to Impact"
Strategic frameworks and thinking tools
Original inspirational texts
Session materials and recordings
Website content and design
...is owned by The Omnibenevolence Council™ and Maurits van Sambeek and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Access and use materials provided for your personal professional development
Download and retain the free guide for personal use
Participate in Mastermind sessions
You may NOT:
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
Create derivative works based on our content
Use our content for commercial purposes
Share session recordings or materials with non-members
8.3 Trademarks
"The Omnibenevolence Council™" and "The Omnibenevolence Council Mastermind" are trademarks of Maurits van Sambeek. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
8.4 Your Content
If you provide feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or other content to us, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and publish that content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Professional Advice
The Omnibenevolence Council Mastermind provides peer support, strategic frameworks, and thinking tools. We do not provide:
Legal advice
Financial advice
Tax advice
Medical or mental health advice
Specific business consulting
Any information or insights shared during sessions should not be construed as professional advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for specific guidance.
9.2 No Guaranteed Results
While we believe in the transformative power of collective intelligence and omnibenevolent leadership, we make no guarantees regarding:
Business outcomes or financial results
Personal transformation or growth
Specific solutions to your challenges
The quality or suitability of advice from peer participants
Your results depend on numerous factors including your commitment, implementation, circumstances, and market conditions.
9.3 Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Omnibenevolence Council™ and Maurits van Sambeek shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
Damages arising from peer advice or suggestions during sessions
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.4 Basis of the Bargain
You acknowledge that these limitations of liability are a fundamental basis of our agreement, and that we would not provide services at the current price without these limitations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Omnibenevolence Council™, Maurits van Sambeek, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your misuse of our services
Your breach of confidentiality obligations

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

11.3 Peer Participant Content
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or legality of content shared by other Mastermind participants. Views expressed by participants do not represent our views.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your membership at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined in Section 5.
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Breach of these Terms
Violation of participant conduct standards
Non-payment of fees
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Behavior that harms the Mastermind community
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to access the Mastermind services will immediately cease
You will remain responsible for any outstanding fees
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification)
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to working with you in good faith to resolve any concerns.
13.3 Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI), rather than in court.
